IT Recruiting Assistant in Ukraine at Opensoft

Key Responsibilities:
- Searching for software developers, business analysts, web analysts, dev ops and QA engineers in Ukraine;
- Assisting to the HR manager in recruitment in Ukraine;
- Participating in interview process;
- Participating in the global HR team, collaborating with HR managers in other locations;
- Monitoring labor markets in Ukraine.

Requirements:
- Knowledge of the specifics of the Ukraine labor market, IT job boards and sites;
- Basic skills in IT and/or software development would be a big plus;
- Great communication skills;
- Fluent English, Ukrainian and Russian.
