- Communication is chats. Quite often our regular customers write to us just to find out how is it going, or which movie to watch in the evening, so your work will be different every day.

Requirements:
- Fluent English/French/German/Italian/Portuguese (speaking and writing);
- You must be fluent in the product that the customer understands it perfectly;
- The Customer Care Specialist is able to determine the need of the client and find a solution that suits him;
- Customer Care agent is not afraid of difficulties and high load.
